Who handles updates and support?
For the first 2 weeks after delivery, all bugs are fixed free under our satisfaction guarantee. After that: €60/hour as needed, or a monthly flat rate for predictable support costs. Because you own the source code, you can also hire any other developer — you're not tied to us.
Is it EU VAT compliant?
Yes, EU VAT is built in from the start. German TSE compliance (via certified provider fiskaly) is a €700 add-on. The system runs in German and English by default — additional languages are €350 each as an add-on.
Does it work offline?
Yes. The POS runs locally on your device. If the internet goes down during service, your business keeps running. Data syncs as soon as the connection comes back. No SaaS dashboard outage stops your business.
Can I have staff with their own logins?
Yes. Each staff member gets their own login with a role (server, bartender, head chef, manager). Per shift you see: who sold, who voided, who gave discounts. Permissions are fully configurable — tip reporting, end-of-day access, void rights, all set separately.
What if I also need a German TSE?
We integrate the TSE via fiskaly, a certified cloud provider. €700 one-time on top of the base price. That meets KassenSichV — DSFinV-K export, signed receipts, secured storage. No extra hardware module needed.
